Shahin Moinian

Shahin Moinian is president of ICC Evaluation Service, one of the International Code Council’s Family of Solutions. He oversees all product evaluation/certification activities within ICC-ES: building, plumbing, mechanical, fuel gas, swimming pool and spas, private sewage disposals and other related products.

Moinian also has served as senior vice president for ICC-ES Growth Strategies and Certification Programs. He began his career as a project engineer at a spa manufacturing company designing products and components. He then joined a listing agency as an assistant director and eventually the director of research, and then took over as director of codes and standards for Moen Inc.

Moinian is a licensed mechanical engineer in California, Ohio, and Florida with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Cal-Poly, Pomona, and Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from California State University-Los Angeles. He has also taught mechanical engineering courses as an adjunct professor at California State University.

Moinian also is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the American Society of Plumbing Engineer.

Ryan Colker

Ryan Colker is vice president for innovation at the International Code Council and executive director of the Alliance for National & Community Resilience. Through the Code Council’s Center of Focus on Energy, Resilience, and Innovation he identifies critical challenges before the building industry and leads the Code Council’s strategies to address them. Prior to joining the Code Council he was a vice president at the National Institute of Building Sciences and a Manager of Government Affairs at ASHRAE.

Anna Mullen

Anna Mullen is vice president of marketing for ICC Evaluation Service, based out of Southern California.

Joseph W. Sollod

Joseph W. Sollod is the sustainability, resilience and innovation associate at the International Code Council and staff member of the Alliance for National and Community Resilience. At the Code Council Joseph contributes to highly visible sustainability, resilience, and innovation initiatives, including the Global Resiliency Dialogue, the Code Council’s Off-Site Construction Initiative, the Code Council’s Energy Team, and administration of the US Technical Advisory Group to ISO Technical Committee 59 and Subcommittee 19. He brings a wealth of acquired knowledge in climate change and adaptation, environmental policy, global environmental issues, sustainable development and buildings, and community resilience.
